This complete home renovation on Puslinch Lake transformed a property that hadn’t been updated in 25 years into a modern, organic living space. Every area was reimagined for function, style, and long-term enjoyment.
Inside, we designed and built a custom kitchen featuring a 12-foot island and an open layout created by removing walls. Two bathrooms and a laundry room were fully renovated with thoughtful layouts and high-end finishes. A custom micro-cement fireplace and a butler’s pantry added style and practicality. New flooring, a custom staircase, and updated windows enhanced both flow and the beautiful view of the lake.
Outside, a new metal roof was installed, ensuring durability and long-term protection. The result is a cohesive space that blends functionality, design, and intention. This renovation turns a dated country home into a contemporary showpiece, ready for modern living.
