For over 35 years, Chris has owned and run a very successful Waterloo business. He brings expertise in managing people, integrity and an unparalleled work ethic. Chris’s passion for real estate and renovation started when he bought his first home at the age of 18. Since then, he has purchased seven more and renovated all of them. A landlord and a big-picture thinker, Chris has a great sense of what gives the best return on investment and believes quality service is paramount.

Lead Contractor/Red Seal Carpenter/Partner

Shane has 15 years of experience as a carpenter. He is Red Seal certified and has a keen eye for detail. Shane is highly skilled in all areas of home renovation. Whether it's cabinets, flooring, structural work, tiling, drywall or fine details, he is meticulous and laser-focused. He is dedicated to his craft and it shows.

Renovation Technician

Brent Jaworski brings over 16 years of construction experience to Go Hard Renovations. Trained through a homebuilding program and a Renovation Technician Diploma from Conestoga College, he specializes in renovations, custom home framing, townhouses, and structural work. Brent’s expertise and commitment to quality make him a key member of our team.

Renovation Technician

Coleman graduated in 2023 from the Renovation Technician Program at Conestoga College. He brings a fantastic attitude to the team. Coleman has aspirations to Apprentice as a Red Seal with Shane as his Mentor. We are so excited to have him on the team. FUN FACT: (Coleman is Chris and Melissa’s loving nephew)

Renovation Technician

Wyatt graduated in June 2022 from the Renovation Technician Program at Conestoga College. He has 2 years of Housing and Real Estate at UofG.He is a Landlord and has a passion for tiling and is very detail oriented. Wyatt has completed his Red Seal Apprenticeship and is awaiting his final exam date.

Principal Designer/Social Media Manager

Melissa brings over 30 years of experience as a visual designer. Her background includes roles as an Art Director for leading agencies and the University of Waterloo, ownership of a digital home interiors business, and teaching design at Conestoga College.She has received multiple design awards and holds extensive expertise in colour theory, design principles, and design software. Melissa’s passion for home interiors drives her to create spaces that reflect each client’s individual style and personality.

Interior Designer/Project Coordinator

Liliana graduated from Humber College with honours. She brings skills in design software, strategic planning and has estimating skills with another home renovation company. She wears many hats as our client liaison, estimator, designer and project coordinator. Our clients and sub-trades are in great hands.
