This complete transformation of both the interior and exterior of this beautiful home was such an exciting project for us. Every part of the home was reimagined to improve function, style, and long-term value.Inside, we designed and built a brand new custom kitchen, updated all bathrooms, and installed new flooring throughout. Each space was planned for modern living with attention to layout, storage, and finishes.
Outside, the home received a structural change to the façade that dramatically improved its curb appeal. We added new windows, siding, soffits, fascia, and a new roof, creating a refreshed exterior built to last. A new back deck extended the living space and provided a better connection to the outdoors. The result is a fully renewed home that blends design, durability, and comfort. This project turned a dated property into a showpiece on Briarwood, setting a new standard for the neighbourhood.
